Shirataki noodles and parsley with whitebait
Quickly boil the shirataki noodles, cut them into bite-sized pieces and drain the water
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the drained shirataki noodles. Once the water evaporates and you hear a sizzling sound, add the shirasu and continue to fry
