Natto soba

Put the dried noodles soba in a bowl, pour enough water to cover the noodles, and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Place in boiling water and boil for about 3 minutes, then quickly heat it up with ice water to remove rough heat.
Put bonito sauce and alphabet sweets in a bowl and combine them.
Pour the soup from [2] into a bowl and serve with boiled soba noodles. Chop the natto with a knife and place it on top of the soba noodles.
Topped with chopped green onions if desired.
