Summer somen noodles with bitter melon and edamame

Thinly slice the bitter melon and fry in a frying pan with salad oil
Add parboiled and peeled edamame beans and canned corn and stir-fry briefly
Add the Happomibijin and bonito stock. Add the boiled somen noodles and mix quickly while still on the heat
Once everything is well combined, remove from the heat and serve in a serving dish. Top with chili oil to taste
