Summer Somen with bitter melon and edamame

Slice the bitter melon into thin slices and fry in a frying pan with salad oil.
Add the boiled, thinly peeled edamame and canned corn and quickly stir-fry.
A beautiful guy on the stakes add bonito soup stock. Add the boiled somen noodles and mix quickly while still heated.
Once everything has blended, remove from the heat and serve in a bowl. Topped with chili oil if desired and complete.
