Beef wrapped in coriander rice
Use about 12g of coriander-flavored mixed rice per piece of beef. Use the rice as the core and wrap it in beef to form a ball. It's a good idea to squeeze the ball into a tea towel using a damp paper towel. Lightly dust the end with potato starch
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over high heat. Place (1) in the pan with the seam facing down. Once browned, flip it over and cook evenly
Add the all-purpose sauce and mix well. When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
