Beef rolled with cilantro rice
A guideline for each beef is about 12g of cilantro rice mixed with cilantro. Roll rice into a core and beef in a bowl. It is a good idea to squeeze it into a tea towel with wet kitchen paper. Lightly sprinkle potato starch on the bottom part.
Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat. Arrange [1] in the frying pan so that the bottom is. When the browning begins to turn over, turn it over and cook the whole thing evenly.
Add a versatile sauce and tangle it all over. When the sauce is at a simmer, remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
