Cucumber garlic tossed
Peel the cucumbers with a peeler and cut off any slurping. Break it with a knife or glass bottle and then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Add cucumbers and a little salt in a bowl and blend. Wipe away any excess moisture with kitchen paper or something similar.
In another bowl, add the chopped garlic, sliced red chili peppers, and sesame oil and mix.
Add [3] to the cucumbers in [2] and mix.
To finish off, pour in soy sauce and serve it in a bowl to finish.
