Parmesan cheese stracciatella

"Stracciatella" refers to Italian-style kakidama soup. Parmesan cheese is added to create a rich flavor. If you mix too much when pouring egg mixture, the overall look will look fluffy, so try not to touch it once the eggs have hardened.
How to make it

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well, then add Parmesan cheese, salt and white pepper and mix well.

Slice the mushrooms into thin slices and place in a boiled broth.

Once the broth boils again, slowly pour in the egg mixture from [1].

Once the eggs are hardened, remove from the heat and add the chopped clams. Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to finish off.
