Parmesan cheese stracciatella
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well, then add Parmesan cheese, salt and white pepper and mix well.
Slice the mushrooms into thin slices and place in a boiled broth.

Once the eggs are hardened, remove from the heat and add the chopped clams. Pour it into a bowl and sprinkle Parmesan cheese to finish off.
