Parmesan Stracciatella

"Stracciatella" is an Italian-style egg drop soup. Parmesan cheese is added to give it a rich flavor. If you stir too much when pouring in the egg mixture, it will end up looking crumbly, so try not to touch it once the eggs have set
How to make it

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well, then add the Parmesan cheese, salt and white pepper and mix well

Thinly slice the mushrooms and add to the boiling broth
