Seri's Yubamaki

Boil the seri and squeeze thoroughly out of the water.

Put [A] in a bowl and mix, mix with the boiled salmon, then lightly simmer and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Place the serif on top of the dried yuba and wrap it in a thin, thin layer of seaweed rolls. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour paste on the edges and attach the tuna tightly.

Place a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat and cook with the tip down. Once the entire surface is browned, remove it on top of kitchen paper and drain the oil.

Cut into small pieces that are easy to eat and serve in a bowl to complete the meal.
