How to make it

Cut the pear into 6 wedges, remove the stem and skin, and place in a blender

Add lemon juice, white wine, and granulated sugar to [1] and mix thoroughly until all the berries are gone

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. Cut the pears stewed in white wine into the same size pieces

Arrange the cut fruit in a bowl, standing it up in the center

Pour the soup from [2] around [4]. Garnish with mint leaves to finish
