Rape blossom and cherry shrimp pasta
[Cooking pasta and rapeseed blossoms]
Bring water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta for 4 minutes. When there are 3 minutes left, add the rapeseed blossoms and cook them together with the pasta.

Add olive oil, garlic, and red chili peppers to a frying pan and heat. When the garlic turns golden brown, add the dried shrimp and, once fragrant, add the white wine. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the pasta cooking water and Italian parsley and mix until it forms a sauce.
