Cut the meat into slightly thicker slices
Mix all the seasonings together in a frying pan and bring to a boil
Sprinkle sansho pepper (not included in the recipe) on top of the rice to taste, and then place the roast beef coated with the sauce from [2] on top
Place the soft-boiled egg on top and pour over the sauce to finish
