Broccoli and shrimp in jade sauce
Add the seasonings [A] to the shrimp in order. Mix thoroughly one by one and season. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the broccoli and shrimp in hot water with [B].
In a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil, stir-fry the chopped ginger to give it a aroma. Add the seasonings from [C] to make them into sauce.
Once the sauce is boiling, add the shrimp and broccoli and fry to remove any moisture. Thicken it with water-soluble potato starch and pour in the persimmon oil and it's finished.
