Sea bream cooked
Pour boiling water over the sea bream and marble. Quickly wash away any floating scales with running water. (Be careful not to peel the skin.) Wash the burdock and chop it all over.
Add drained sea bream, burdock, and [A] to a pot and heat it. Remove with aluminum foil, cover and simmer.
Simmer until the broth is less than half.
Transfer to a dish and add ginger to finish.
