Sea bream cooked
Pour boiling water over the bones of the sea bream to marbleize them. Rinse off any floating scales with running water (be careful not to peel the skin). Wash the burdock root and cut it into chunks
Add the drained sea bream bones, burdock root, and [A] to a pot and bring to a boil. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer
Cook until the sauce is reduced by half
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped ginger
