Eel and grated soba noodles
Yamato potato grated roe is highly sticky and has a tender texture, so we recommend it.
How to make it

Boil the soba noodles and serve on a plate. Add some cut sliced eel kabayaki and grated grated roe to the top.

Topped with green seaweed and poured in soba soup mixed with Happo Bijin and water to complete the dish.
