Burdock, clam and green onion soup

Pre-boil the burdock and slice it into shredded pieces. (If possible, it is best to pre-boil and then soak it in basic chicken and clam soup and add the flavor.)
Cut the white onions diagonally.
Heat the basic chicken and clam soup in a pot and add the burdock, clams and white leeks.
Season with salt and black pepper to finish.
