How to make it

Quickly boil the moroheia.

Add moroheya and basic pork shin snub soup to a blender and make a puree.

Transfer the puree to a pot and heat it. Add salt and balm to taste.

Pour the soup into a bowl filled with vinegar and pepper and it's finished.
