How to make it

Warm the white porridge in a pot. If it's hard to prepare in advance, it's a good idea to spread it in Chinese soup (not included).

Season with salt and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs, then turn off the heat and cook gently using the residual heat
