Egg porridge

Warm the white porridge in a pot. If it's hard to prepare in advance, it's a good idea to spread it in Chinese soup (not included).
After seasoning with salt, bring to a boil over high heat. Once you have put the beaten egg in, turn off the heat and cook it gently with the remaining heat to complete the process.
