Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork, shredded carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms
Once the carrots are soft, add the cabbage and peppers
Stir-fry over high heat to evaporate the moisture from the vegetables, then add the seasonings (A)
Add the basic yakisoba noodles to [3] and stir-fry until well combined with the vegetables
To finish, add sesame oil to flavor it and stir fry quickly over high heat
