Shanghai Fried Noodles

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork, shredded carrots, onions and shiitake mushrooms.
Once the carrots are soft, add the cabbage and peppers.
Fry over high heat to remove any moisture from the vegetables. Add the <A> seasoning to it.
Add the basic yakisoba noodles to [3] and fry them so that they blend well with the vegetables.
Finish with sesame oil and stir-fry quickly over high heat to finish.
