Stir-fried Enoki mushrooms and vermicelli with butter
Heat 30g of butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Once the aroma comes out, add the enoki mushrooms
Once the enoki mushrooms have softened, add sake and Chinese soup to soak in the flavors. Add the harusame noodles that have been soaked in water and stir-fry to evaporate the moisture
To finish, season with salt and pepper and add scallion oil for flavor
