Stir-fried Enokki and vermicelli with butter

Heat 30g of butter in a frying pan and fry the garlic. Add enoki mushrooms to just the scent.

Once the enoki mushrooms are soft, add sake and Chinese soup to add flavor. Add the vermicelli that has been recycled with water and fry it to remove any moisture.

To finish off, season with salt and pepper, then add aroma with scallion oil and you're done.
