Bacon Chicory Salad

Wash the chicory and drain well. Tear it into bite-sized pieces
Add the thinly sliced China bacon, season with salt, fragrant oil and red vinegar, and mix until the flavors are well combined
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and cook a soft-boiled egg. Serve this on top of the chicory salad and serve. Mix well with the egg and enjoy
