Bacon Chicory Salad

Wash the chicory with water and drain well. Tart this into bite-sized pieces.

Add thinly sliced Chinese bacon, season with salt, balm, and red vinegar, and mix to blend the mixture to make the flavor blend in all.

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and make a half-boiled fried egg. Serve this on a chicory salad and it's done. Enjoy by mixing it well with the egg.
