Chinese bacon fresh spring rolls

Place the shredded lettuce in a bowl, add scallion oil, balm oil, red vinegar and salt and mix well.

Spread rice paper soaked in water on a cutting board and place it on top of it with lettuce from [1], cucumber, cilantro, and Chinese bacon. Wrap this evenly so that the rice paper does not tear.

Cut [2] into easy-to-eat sizes and serve on a plate. Topped with the remaining Chinese bacon to finish off, and served with spicy sesame sauce. (When plating, it looks good if you place the cross section up.)
