Chinese bacon fresh spring rolls

Place the shredded lettuce in a bowl and add the scallion oil, fragrant oil, red vinegar and salt, and mix well
Spread the soaked rice paper on a cutting board, and arrange the lettuce, cucumber, coriander, and Chinese bacon from [1] on top. Wrap the rice paper evenly, being careful not to tear it
Cut [2] into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Finish by topping with the remaining Chinese bacon and garnish with the spicy sesame sauce. (When serving, it looks best with the cut side facing up.)
