This dish is healthy and has excellent belly texture. Rice paper is generally delicious no matter what ingredients you wrap it in, but please be careful as it can easily tear when wet.

How to make it

Place the shredded lettuce in a bowl, add scallion oil, balm oil, red vinegar and salt and mix well.

Spread rice paper soaked in water on a cutting board and place it on top of it with lettuce from [1], cucumber, cilantro, and Chinese bacon. Wrap this evenly so that the rice paper does not tear.

Cut [2] into easy-to-eat sizes and serve on a plate. Topped with the remaining Chinese bacon to finish off, and served with spicy sesame sauce. (When plating, it looks good if you place the cross section up.)
