Western-style minced winter melon

Prepare the stewed winter melon soup (see separate recipe).
Put the winter melon stew, soup, and red miso into a pot, heat it up, and simmer for about 5 minutes while dissolving the miso. The amount of soup should be enough to cover the winter melon
Add the meat sauce and continue to simmer. Once the liquid has evaporated and the sauce has mixed in, drizzle with olive oil
Remove from heat and serve in a serving dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and Italian parsley to taste
