Dried mullet roe mochi sandwich

The karasumi is quite salty, so all you need to season it with is karasumi and Parmesan cheese. It's also recommended as an appetizer
How to make it

Slice the mochi in half and then cut into 1/2 size squares. Cut the karasumi into 2-3mm thick pieces

Place the mochi on a wire rack and bake in a toaster oven. After about 5 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with olive oil and Parmesan cheese

Place the karasumi between two pieces of grilled rice cake to form a sandwich

Place in a bowl and top with dried mullet roe and chopped green onions
