Potatoes grilled milk

This is a perfect winter dish, where you can enjoy the fluffy texture of the potatoes and the creaminess of the milk and cream. The heat output varies depending on the oven, so please adjust the baking time while checking the color of the potatoes

How to make it

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 5mm thick slices

Put the milk and cream in a small frying pan and heat it. When it gets hot, add the unsalted butter

Once the unsalted butter has melted, add the potatoes, chopped garlic, and salt

Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 15 to 20 minutes

Once it has browned nicely, remove it and it's done
