Potatoes grilled milk
Peel the potatoes and cut into 5mm thick sardines.
Put milk and fresh cream in a small frying pan and heat it. When it's warmed, add unsalted butter.
Once the unsalted butter has melted, add the potatoes, chopped garlic and salt.
Once it boils, remove from the heat and pour into a baking dish. Place in an oven heated to 180°C and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Once it's browned just right, take it out and it's finished.
