When adding water-soluble potato starch, make sure to place it away from the heat. If you put it in it as is, it may become numb. There is a process of transferring it to a clay pot, but since it's a visual issue, you can just transfer it to a dish when it's thick and eat it.

Leave the roots of the turnip about 2-3cm, peel the skin and cut into 10 equal pieces, cut into pieces. Wash thoroughly with water and remove any soil from the roots. Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces.
