How to make it

Cut the melted cheese in half and then stack the two halves together to form a stick

Place the simmered soy pulp (about 25g per roll) and melted cheese on the spring roll wrappers, then roll them up. Secure the edges of the wrappers with flour paste

Place in frying oil heated to about 170°C and fry until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to drain the oil and serve on a plate. Garnish with vinegar and pepper to taste
