- Pork liver: 200g
- 1 bunch of chives
- Bean sprouts: 100g
- 2-4 thinly sliced ginger
- Doubanjiang: 1 teaspoon
- Frying oil/salad oil
- Soy sauce, sake, sugar, potato starch
How to make it
- Liver preparation: Soak the liver in water for about an hour to remove the blood, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Pour a mixture of soy sauce, sake, sugar, and potato starch over the liver and leave for 30 minutes to season. Wipe off any excess liquid, then fry in oil at 175°C and remove from the heat.
- Prepare the vegetables: Cut the chives into 4cm lengths and remove the roots from the bean sprouts.
