  • Pork liver: 200g
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Bean sprouts: 100g

  • Soy sauce, sake, sugar, potato starch

How to make it

  1. Liver preparation: Soak the liver in water for about an hour to remove the blood, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
