  • How to make it
    1. Wash the agar with water, drain and tear it into pieces, then soak it in 2 cups of water for about 30 minutes
    2. Quickly boil the mitsuba in hot water and cut into 1cm lengths. Wash and boil the wakame seaweed, then cut into small pieces
    3. Put the rehydrated agar into a pot with water and boil until dissolved. Add the soy milk, mix, and pour into a mold
    4. Remove the cartilage from the crab, add mitsuba and wakame seaweed, mix, and chill in a tray filled with water to harden
    5. Cut into four pieces, arrange in bowls, and garnish with wasabi to finish
