  2. Chop the pork tenderloin into thick slices, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and a little salt, then leave for about 30 minutes to blend in the flavor.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of hard flour on the pork, heat the fried oil to 120-150°C, add the pork, and quickly fry it while loosening it to prevent it from solidifying, remove it and drain the oil.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a wok, add garlic sprouts and stir-fry over high heat, add 1 tablespoon of sake and 2 teaspoons of salt to taste.
  5. Add the pork to the garlic buds and stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl.

Garlic sesame

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • Garlic sprouts: 100g
  • Sesame (white): 2 tbsp
  • Salt: A little
  • Sugar: A little
  • Soy sauce: Appropriate amount
  1. Wash the garlic buds, drain the water, and cut into 4cm lengths. Peel the skin off the hard part at the root.
  2. Boil the garlic buds in boiling water with a little salt for 1-2 minutes, then take them in cold water and let cool quickly, then lift them up into colanders to drain the water.
  3. The sesame seeds are roasted in a thick pot to make a fragrant paste and then put in a dry mortar.
  4. Add garlic buds to a mortar made from a coarse sesame seeds, add appropriate amounts of sugar and soy sauce and mix.
