Sweet sea bream cheese shot

Make a cut between the skin and flesh so that the cheddar cheese can be wrapped around it, and make a fine cut into the skin of the sweet sea bream.

Cut the cheddar cheese into sticks and sandwich it between the skin of the sweet sea bream and the meat.

Arrange [3] on the bat and sprinkle with alcohol. Place in the steamer and steam for about 7 minutes.

Put [A] in a pot, bring to a boil, and add drained shiso leaves. Remove from the heat, mix with water-soluble potato starch, then heat again to thicken.
