Stir-fried bean sprouts and asparagus with bacon

Heat a frying pan with olive oil over high heat, add the bacon and asparagus cut into bite-sized pieces and fry
Once lightly cooked, add the bean sprouts and continue to stir fry
Add the bonito stock and when the bean sprouts have softened, add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well
Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl to complete.
