Vinegared rice
Wash the rice, soak it in water for 30 minutes, and cook it with kelp
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt to make mixed vinegar
Transfer the cooked rice to a rice tray and drizzle with vinegar
After steaming for 1 minute, mix with a rice paddle
Cool it down by fanning it with a fan, and when it's glossy, it's done
