How to make it

Sharpe the rice and let it soak for 30 minutes and cook it with kelp.

Mix vinegar, sugar and salt to make the combined vinegar.

Transfer the cooked rice to the rice stand and pour in the vinegar.

After steaming for 1 minute, mix by cutting with a spoon.

Let it cool and add a glossy finish by shaving it with a fan.
