Grilled scallops with tea

Sprinkle a little salt over the scallops and cook both sides over an open flame for just under 10 seconds to cook them.

Heat [A] into a frying pan and add the lettuce that has been torn off with your hands. Add the grilled scallops to the softened area, and when they are boiled, turn off the heat and thicken them with water-dissolved potato starch to finish.
