Cabbage with sake stew cream
Surprisingly, the combination of dairy products and sake kasu makes a delicious cabbage dish. It's rich and flavorful, yet easy to make, so I highly recommend it
How to make it

Put the milk and chopped cabbage into a pot, put on the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, dissolve the sake kasu using a miso strainer. Continue boiling for about 3 minutes and it's done
