Cabbage with sake stew cream

How to make it

Put the milk and the cabbage cut into appropriate sizes in a pot, heat it over the heat and cover it, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, melt the sake stolen using a miso strainer or something similar. Simmer for about 3 minutes and it's finished.
