Cabbage with sake stew cream
Surprisingly, you can enjoy cabbage with a combination of sake stolen, which goes great with dairy products. It's rich and tasty, but easy to make, so I recommend it.
How to make it

Put the milk and the cabbage cut into appropriate sizes in a pot, heat it over the heat and cover it, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, melt the sake stolen using a miso strainer or something similar. Simmer for about 3 minutes and it's finished.
