  • Garlic (minced) ... 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 and a half tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Onion (chopped) ... 1/2 cup
  • Salt ... 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons white wine

How to make it

1. Preparation

Put the ground pork in a bowl, add the garlic, parsley, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper, and mix well. The key to achieving a moist texture is to mix thoroughly until it becomes sticky

Shape and let rest

Lightly coat a 20x15cm baking tray with salad oil and spread the mixed meat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for about half a day to fully absorb the flavor of the spices

Cut and prepare

Remove from the refrigerator and cut into 12 equal pieces with a palette knife, each large enough to easily shape into sausages

boil

Bring a large frying pan to a boil and add the minced meatballs and boil for about 6 minutes. Once cooked, drain in a colander

Browning

Melt the butter in a frying pan, arrange the minced meatballs and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Once browned all over, add the wine to finish, then cover and steam for 2 minutes

Storage methods and arrangement ideas

These minced meatballs can be refrigerated and will stay delicious for several days. They can also be used in a variety of ways, such as adding them to pasta sauce or as a salad topping. Their robust flavor makes them a great complement to vegetables
