Ingredients (for 12 pieces)
- Minced pork...500g
- Garlic (minced) ... 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 and a half tablespoons chopped parsley
- Onion (chopped) ... 1/2 cup
- Salt ... 1 1/2 teaspoons
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 cup flour
- salad oil...appropriate amount
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons white wine
How to make it
1. Preparation
Put the ground pork in a bowl, add the garlic, parsley, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper, and mix well. The key to achieving a moist texture is to mix thoroughly until it becomes sticky

Shape and let rest
Lightly coat a 20x15cm baking tray with salad oil and spread the mixed meat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for about half a day to fully absorb the flavor of the spices
Cut and prepare
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into 12 equal pieces with a palette knife, each large enough to easily shape into sausages
