Why sausage-style minced meatballs?

So, this time we're proposing sausage-style minced meatballs that allow you to easily enjoy the authentic taste. The aromatic spices are strong, and can be arranged as is or as a side dish or snack for your lunch box.
Ingredients (12 bottles)
- Fried pork... 500g
- Garlic (chopped)... 1/2 tsp
- Parsley (chopped)... 2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons
- Onion (chopped)... 1/2 cup
- Salt... 1 tsp and 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper... 1/2 tsp
- Wine (white)...2 tbsp
- Flour... 1/2 cup
- Salad oil...appropriate amount
- Butter... 1 tablespoon
- Wine (white)... 2 tsp
How to make it
1. Preparation
Put the ground pork in a bowl, add garlic, parsley, chopped onion, salt and black pepper and mix well. The key to creating a moist texture is to mix thoroughly until it becomes sticky.

Mold and put it to bed
Apply a thin layer of salad oil into a 20 x 15 cm bat and spread the mixed meat flat. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for about half a day to transfer the spice flavor to the meat.
Cut and prepare
Remove from the fridge and cut into 12 equal pieces with a palette knife. It is a size that is easy to form into sausage shapes.

Boil water in a large frying pan, add the cut minced meatballs and boil for about 6 minutes. Once cooked, remove in a colander and drain the water.
Browning
Melt the butter in a frying pan, arrange the minced meatballs and grill them golden brown over medium heat. Once the whole thing is browned, add the wine to finish off, cover and steam for 2 minutes.
