  3. Make a cream dressing. Mix vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper thoroughly and add salad oil.
  4. Mix the egg yolks well in a separate bowl and add the created dressing.
  5. Finally, add fresh cream to create a smooth dressing.
  6. Beautifully served with celery and salad vegetables and topped with dressing and peppers.
