| Pizza cheese | 4 tbsp |
| potato starch | 1 tablespoon |

How to make it
1. Cut the mochi and bacon into pieces about 7mm cubes



2. Place the chopped rice cakes and bacon in a bowl, add the cheese and potato starch and mix


3. Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan over low heat, spread 2 and arrange together, cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes


4.2 Turn over, add salad oil and cook for another 2-3 minutes

5. Once cooked through, serve on a plate

In this variation, I sprinkled parsley and black pepper on top at the end. In this recipe, the bacon gives off a salty flavor, so you can still enjoy a subtle saltiness without adding soy sauce or other seasonings when plating.
