It's a simple sandwich made with just corn and cream cheese, but the aroma of the roasted corn and the cheese make it an exquisite dish

How to make it
1

The steamed corn is roasted over an open flame to brown it

2

Cut the browned corn in half and use a knife to remove the kernels from the cob (it's okay if they fall apart a little)

3

Place half of the peeled corn in a rectangular shape on a baking sheet. Place cream cheese cut to the same length on top and sandwich with the remaining corn. If the edges are dirty, remove them with a knife

4

Press the dough into a tight shape with your hands, wrap it in parchment paper and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes

5

After a few minutes, remove from the refrigerator, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve. It tastes delicious with a few drops of soy sauce
