How to make it
1

Steamed corn is grilled over an open flame and browned.

2

Cut the browned corn in half and remove the fruit from the core with a knife. (It's fine even if it falls apart.)

3

Place half the amount of the corn that has been stripped off into a rectangle on top of a cooking sheet. Top with the same length of cream cheese cut into pieces and sandwich them with the remaining corn. If the edges are dirty, remove them with a knife.

4

Fit the shape with your hands, wrap it in a cooking sheet and let it rest in the fridge for a few minutes.

5

After a few minutes, take it out of the fridge and cut it out easily and it's finished. Add a few drops of soy sauce to taste delicious.
