Octopus and parsley mayonnaise

How to make it

Slide the knife into pieces while cutting it into pieces so that the octopus is jagged.

Mix finely chopped parsley, mayonnaise and [1] in a bowl and serve on a plate. Sprinkle parsley to create a touch of color and it's done.
