Black sesame mochi
Place the cut rice cake in boiling water and boil for about 5 minutes. Try taking it out in hot water at about 40°C and as long as it's not as hard as a core, it's fine.
Mix the black sesame paste, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl
Remove the boiled rice cakes from the water and tear them in half. Wipe off the water and then add them to the bowl in step (2) and mix
Serve in a bowl and top with ground sesame seeds to taste
