Fried rice cakes
Cut the rice cakes in half, place them in frying oil heated to 160°C, and fry while rolling them with chopsticks
Once the fish has risen and is nicely browned, remove it to a wire rack and sprinkle with salt while it is still hot
Place in a bowl and pour over [A]. Finish by topping with grated daikon radish and gold leaf, if desired
