Fried rice cakes

Cut the cut rice cakes into half the size, place them in deep frying oil heated to 160°C, and then fried them while rolling them with chopsticks.

When the whole thing swells and the fried color is just right, remove it into a net. Sprinkle with salt while it's hot.

Serve in a bowl and pour [A] over it. Grate radish and topped with gold leaf to complete the process.
