Turnip miso soup

Leave 2-3cm of the roots of the turnip and divide it into 6 equal parts.

Soak it in a bowl filled with water and thoroughly remove any soil from the roots.

Put bonito soup stock and [2] turnip into a pot and set it on fire.

Simmer until the turnips are soft, then add the miso and melt it to finish.
