Miso soup with rice balls

How to make it

Make fine grid-shaped notches into the skin of the berry steak and cut into pieces.

Drop in boiling water and marble quickly, then drop into ice water and remove any slimy skin.

Place the marbled liquor in a pot, add bonito soup stock and heat.

Remove any scum, simmer for about 5 minutes, then add Shinshu miso, dark soy sauce, and mirin.

Pour it into a bowl and serve with green onions and white onions.
