Clams grilled cheese
Arrange five clams that have been de-shelled in a tray, pour 1 tablespoon of sake over them, and steam in a steamer without covering the container for about 4 minutes
Once the clams have opened, remove the meat from the shells and cut them in half for easier eating
Arrange five shells on a sheet of aluminum foil and place the cut clam meat inside
Sprinkle with pepper, top with equal amounts of melted cheese, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
Bake in the toaster for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and it's done
