Clams grilled cheese

Arrange five sand-depleted clams in a batter, pour 1 tablespoon of sake, and steam them in a steamer for about 4 minutes without covering the container.

Once the clam mouth opens, remove the flesh from its shell and cut in half to make it easier to eat.

Arrange five shells on aluminum foil and place the cut clam meat inside.

Sprinkle pepper and place the melted cheese on equal parts. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a toaster until browned for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and finish.
