If the tofu loses its shape, it will look unapproachable, so be careful to cut it with care to prevent it from losing its shape.
How to make it

Cut the silken tofu into 5mm squares.

Add a side-sized beauty to the cut tofu to blend in with the flavor.
Shred the white onions and soak them in water to remove the spicy flavor.

Pour tofu into a bowl of white rice and topped with white leeks and grated ginger.
