Eggplant and beef rice cooked
Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes, then drain in a colander
Dice the eggplant into 1cm cubes and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown (you can also stir fry in oil)
Add the fried eggplant, beef, and [A] to the rice in [1], mix lightly, and cook
Once cooked, mix lightly and serve in a bowl
