Eggplant and beef rice cooked

Wash the rice, let it soak for 30 minutes, then put it in a colander and drain it.
Cut eggplant into 1cm square dice and deep-fried in hot oil. (You can also fry it in oil.)

Add fried eggplant, beef, and [A] to the rice in [1] and mix lightly and cook the rice.

Once cooked, lightly mix and serve in a bowl to finish.
