Hand net konnyaku
Thinly slice the konjac that has been parboiled to remove any unpleasant odor
Make a slit in the middle with a knife, then insert your finger into the hole and twist one side of the konnyaku
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil and chili pepper in a frying pan. Add the twisted konjac from step (2) and stir-fry
Add maple syrup and dark soy sauce to [3] and mix well
Add diagonally sliced green onions and finish with a drizzle of dark soy sauce
