Hand net konnyaku

Pre-boil to remove the smell, and thin out the konjac.

Make a cut in the middle with a knife. Put your finger into the hole and twist one of the konjac.

Add 1 tablespoon salad oil and hawk claws to a frying pan and heat. Add the konjac twisted using [2] and fry.

Add maple syrup and dark soy sauce to [3] and mix well.

Add diagonally sliced long green onions and add some dark soy sauce to finish off.
