Spicy radish soba noodles

Even a simple soba noodle dish can be turned into a delicious dish by simply garnishing it with grated daikon radish and chopped green onions. We recommend preparing plenty of grated daikon radish and adding as much as you like

Boil the dried soba noodles according to the package instructions and drain in a colander

Combine kelp stock with Happomibijin

Place the soba in a bowl and pour the combined dashi stock from [2] over it

Add grated daikon radish to your liking and finish by topping with chopped green onions
