Spicy radish soba noodles

Even simple kake soba noodles can be made into a great dish just by adding grated radish and chopped green onions. It is recommended to prepare plenty of grated radish and eat it in any amount you like.

Boil the dried noodles soba according to the label on the bag and give it to a colander.

Pair kelp dashi with a pair of alphabets.

Serve the soba noodles in a bowl and pour the combined dashi of [2].

Top with any amount of grated radish of your choice and topped with chopped versatile green onions to finish off.
