Cheese spring rolls
Prepare the filling for the cheese buns (see separate recipe)
Cut the spring roll wrappers in half diagonally to create triangles
Place 10g of cheese bun filling in the center of the spring roll wrapper. Apply flour paste and roll it up from the diagonal side, then glue the ends together with flour paste so that they cross
Heat the frying oil to 160-170°C and gently place the pieces into the pan, shaping them as you go. Fry, drizzling oil over the pieces, until they are golden brown all over. Once the surface is crispy, remove from the pan and drain the oil. Place on a plate and top with pizza cheese if desired
