Burdock and celery beef tendon soup

Pre-boil the burdock beforehand and chop it all into pieces. (If possible, it is best to pre-boil and then soak it in basic beef tendon soup and add flavor.) Remove the celery from the strands and cut it into pieces.

Heat the basic beef tendon soup in a pot and add burdock, celery and beef tendon.

Season with salt and black pepper to finish.
