Beef tendon soup with burdock and celery

Parboil the burdock root first and cut it into chunks. (If possible, after parboiling it, soak it in the basic beef tendon soup to absorb the flavor.) Remove the strings from the celery and cut it into chunks
Heat the basic beef tendon soup in a pot and add the burdock root, celery, and beef tendon
Season with salt and black pepper and it's done
