Basic beef tendon soup

Boil the beef tendon for about 15 minutes. Chop the onion, ginger, garlic, and green onion into chunks
Put all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 4 hours. Skim off any scum that rises to the top
After 4 hours, strain it once to remove any impurities
Mix [A] to make the sauce, then serve with the beef tendon
