Basic beef tendon soup

Pre-boil the beef tendon for about 15 minutes. Chop the onions, ginger, garlic and green onions.

Put all the ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 4 hours. Remove any lye frequently if it rises.

After 4 hours, strain once to remove any impurities.
Mix [A] to make a sauce and serve with beef tendon to finish.
